Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized pieces
Items damaged due to improper handling
Returns requested after 14 days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
